“On the whole very happy with my frames, they were exactly as ordered. The wood on the frame split a little when I was putting in the screws but it is still functional and looks great on the wall. Picframes were also very helpful when I had a query.”

“Large square frames are not easy to find!!! As a connoisseur of charity shop picture frames I can confirm this. Consequently I had a frame for my artwork made by Picframes and am delighted with the result. I will happily use this firm again and their prompt response and delivery with my frame was excellent MANY THANKS1”

“Your framing service was very good all round. Unfortunately DHL managed to leave it at the wrong house, outside, on a very wet day. Your packaging saved the day, and no damage was done.”

“I've bought a load of frames from picframes.co.uk since I've been doing up my house. They're not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for. A high quality, well made bespoke frame that does the job, looks good and lasts. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“lovely frame, well packaged and looks wonderful, i did have a delivery issue but after me contacting them to enquire they were already aware of the problem and it was sorted very quickly - why do companies not put a sticker on the back so when you want to order from them again maybe the same frame you can easily remember who to contact ...”

“The ordering process was really easy to understand, giving clear instructions to measure for the frame required. There is a good choice of frames and the pictures are a good representation of the real thing. I received regular emails confirming the order and delivery information, and the frame was delivered in good time. The frame arrived in perfect condition and Picframes.co.uk had taken every precaution to make sure that it arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks.”

“Easy website to set up all parameters for the frame and mount. Good choice of frames and mount colours. Delivery was as specified and courier choice was excellent as they notified us of a delivery window. 2nd time of using and can highly recommend.”

“This is the first time I've used Picframes but it certainly won't be the last. I ordered a large mount and was initially concerned that it may get damaged in transit but the packing and protection was absolutely brilliant. Product range is superb, as was communication and speed of delivery. First class company highly recommended.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the alternative frame when it arrived but disappointed that until I contacted customer service to query why my order had not arrived by the eighth working day to be told the style selected was out of stock. The service advisor was apologetic and offered any other frame style even if more costly which I accepted and this arrived quickly.”
