“My frame was easy to design and order online and it arrived in good time but was warped (probably because it was a large, thin frame - over a metre wide). I reported the problem and quickly got a response that they would send a replacement and would use a thicker frame at no extra cost. I got no response to further emails but when I rang up the issue was handled well and I now have my new frame which is very attractive and I am very pleased with it. The price was good - just over half the price quoted by a local frame maker. However I'd be careful about ordering a frame of this size in the future.”

“ordered 2 frames ,both arrived quicker than I thought they would about 5 days ,I did try to get frames from a shop and they where quoting 3-4 weeks ,so a big difference, really happy with the quality . thanks a lot ,great job”

“Disappointing in that there are no fixings on the frame to hang it. Disappointed that there were no fixings on the frame to hang it so not able to use it until we figure out what to get, go out to find it and then fix it - why do we use mail order? We're short of time!”

“Friendly conversation about payment and postage. Everything was done properly and the service is an affordable of getting the exact picture frame you need, including mounting frame cut exactly to specification and a backing board. Everything to frame the size of picture you are framing.”

“Really pleased with the frame and mount. Was worried about buying without having seen the frames first but I was surprised by the quality. Was also worried about it not being glass but the material used is great for my daughters room. Overall very pleased and will probably buy another one!”

“I chose oak frames, a little concerned about acrylic 'glass', but I am really pleased with the result. I had water-colour prints with mounts already in place and they now look amazing. They were utterly accurate in their construction and they arrived very quickly. Thank you very much.”

“Very good, but was a bit disappointed that the frame was a different colour gold that was shown on the site. Just to let you know too, that when it arrived, the packaging was torn and had obviously been bashed about, despite the markings of 'Fragile' on the box. Luckily the frame was okay when I opened it. Overall, I am very pleased with it except I may paint the frame to tone down the gold colour a bit.”
