“I was a little concerned about the possible quality of this frame along with how accurate the inlay had been made. Upon arrival (via a decent delivery company) the frame was really well packed. I was delighted when I opened the box. The frame had been made beautifully and is of a quality I didn't expect for the price. On the high street I was quoted double the price! Overall a great experience. Thanks.”

“Website was easy to use and no confusing calculations for mount sizes/ Apertures/ Frame size. Frame arrived well packed, undamaged and with hanging cord & fixings. massive choice of materials and styles - I am already planning next frames”

“Excellent quality frames and delivery time shorter than any local framers - as well as being cheaper than them! The ordering system is very clever and easy to use. The choice of frames is good; if I were to make any suggestion for improvement it would be to increase the range of frames available - but that is being very fussy!”

“I needed frames made to measure and find the online frame designer software a joy to use. My first order was made in no time and I was contacted immediately and kept in the loop with the delivery at all stages. I would recommend this frame company to anyone and the quality of materials and manufacture are second to none. I am ordering another frame as soon as this review is typed.”

“Once again I have come to Picframes with a piece of art. I have found the website exceptionally easy to use and the frame I have been sent as good, if not better, than I would have imagined. I can't see any reason to look elsewhere for frames.”

“I've bought a lot of frames and mounts from PicFrames over the last couple of years and the service has always been great. Items are delivered quickly and well packaged and Mike has been great deal with. I will definitely use them again.”

“Very prompt delivery and excellent packaging, unfortunately when we took it out of the bubble wrap the clips which fold down to keep the back on were broken free of the frame and the wood split. As we needed it immediately we glued the bits of wood back into place and fixed the frame backing securely with tape. Overall it looked good but we were disappointed in the quality of the build”

“PicFrames were really helpful to me. I ordered several mounts, but made a mistake as to colour. When they arrived I knew I had the wrong colour so I called them and they were really helpful. He described the colours to me, and helped me to choose the correct colour. He then made replacement mounts for me that day, and sent them off so that they arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend PicFrames. Marion Derrett”

“The site was easy to use and the frame arrived very quickly (although I still had to wait a couple of days to collect as the delivery company either couldn't or didn't deliver to my neighbour). The frame and mount was just what I needed - very pleased with the end result. Might be an idea to make it clearer that the film on the glass is coloured - I thought I had the wrong colour mount until I took it off! The photos look great though in my new frame.”
