“In all my years as a painter this is the best, most helpful, efficient, imaginative and co-operative framing service I have encountered. In the past - as well as sadly in the present - artists find themselves dealing with what seems to be deliberate indifference from framers, as if they the framers are demeaning themselves by bothering to put frames around your 'rubbish'....- not with PicFrames. All you get is help, guidance and efficiency. Used to waiting weeks if not months for your picture to be framed? Not any more. Mike Barrow and his team will even review your order by phone and e-mail to make sure everything is as you want it before despatch - and as for despatch - my latest batch of frames to fit a series of 2' x 2' works, with mounts and non reflective glass - arrived four days from design and order. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If they have a Facebook page ai shall endorse them there as well. Terence Brady”

“website is very easy to use although some of the terminology around some of the dimensions could be much clearer the ability to be able to specify exactly what you want is great and I could not find this flexibility elsewhere the quality of the cut mounts is not brilliant - our 1st order was so poor that it had to be redone (admittedly quickly and with no quibbles), 2nd order was ok but some mounts did not fit snugly in the frame.”

“I ordered my custom made frame as a gift. I was extremely impressed with how quickly it was made and sent. I got an e-mail to say it was coming by courier so I called to change the delivery to my work. My parcel had been sent two mins before but they caught the driver who kindly waited for the address to be changed and it was delivery to my nominated address the next day. Once I received the frame I was extremely satisfied with the fantastic quality. For the price I didn't expect it to be as lovely as it is. It fit my picture lovely and it looks lovely. I am really impressed with my frame, the service from the company and delivery. I would definitely recommend this site if your looking for high quality custom made frames at very reasonable prices.”

“I have purchased several frames from Pic Frames. Each is well made and look fantastic. They are delivered in quality packaging which ensure the frames are not damaged in transit. Good delivery service, with 1 hour delivery slot time. Would highly recommend this company for frames in the future.”

“I have just received my custom picture frame this morning and are really pleased. The frame is exactly what I wanted and couldn't find in the shops. It is very well made and was very impressed with delivery where I had a text and email to let me no when my frame was to be delivered. Exactly to the hour. Excellent”

“Brilliant service, excellent frames, this was about the 7th or 8th frame I've ordered and every time the product has been perfect and the timed one hour delivery slot and regular delivery updates worth every penny. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend. Perfect for my needs”

Hello Daniel, We received your order on the 28th and have already dispatched your order which i have tracked your order with Parcel force and it is on the van for delivery Today. Our manufacture times as these are custom made is 4 to 5 working days and with Easter in there too. Kind Regards Mike Barrow
