“Since I discovered Picframes I've ordered 4 frames from them. All have been perfectly made to the highest quality, and at an extremely affordable price. The first time I used them, I wanted to get a very large print framed. Conventional picture framers quoted me prices that were ridiculously higher than the print's actual value (over £300 in one case!), but Picframes' prices were not only the cheapest I found, but their frames were better quality. The frames arrive very well-packed, and in a speedy turnaround time. I'm delighted with the service, and now I won't be going anywhere else for my frames.”

“This was my second order from PicFrames - only a mount this time, for a picture whose size didn't fit the norm. The card mount arrived intact and unbent because it had been expertly & carefully packed. I received a message from the carriers a few days before delivery , as PicFrames had predicted, and the mount was delivered within the hour slot the carriers had specified. Thank you PicFrames for a job well done!”

“The frames themselves are great but I ordered two additional heavy duty wall hooks (4517) which were not included in the delivery and despite the promise on the ordering website the courier made no contact as to when the order would be delivered. I was very lucky that someone was in to receive the goods as they arrived completely unexpectedly.”

“I ordered two 10x8 plain wooden frames, and a fancier, larger, silver/gold one. The fancy one is perfect, couldn't be better, and well worth the cost. But the two more ordinary ones are just that - a bit unfinished-looking and rough. For the money, you can get nicer standard-sized frames in the shops. Maybe I will stain and varnish them to make them look better. However, the service and packaging was great”

“The service I received was excellent. The original frame that I chose was out of stock for a couple of weeks, but I was given the option to have a more expensive frame at the same cost as the original, so that I didn't have to wait for my frames. The information given over the phone about other frames was invaluable in helping me choose. The packaging was excellent, the frames are lovely, and I received them quickly. Excellent. “Very pleased with the frame - just what I wanted. Site was easy to use, I was kept updated and notified of the day it would be delivered. I was then told the hour it would be delivered - and it was! I was given options in case this wasn't OK. The frame was easy to assemble and looks great. I would definitely use this site again.”
