“Large frame for artwork ordered a week before Christmas, just within the cut-off date. Price was not the cheapest online but acceptable and worth the little extra. This was because there was a wider choice of frames and mount colours, the delivery prices were reasonable and the website gave clear directions and advice on what/how to order. Frame arrived before Christmas as promised. Just as described and very well packed. It was easy to frame the artwork as everything was cut precisely to the right size. I am very pleased and my wife thinks her present is fantastic! Will certainly be using Picframes again in future for any similar projects.”

“Excellent frame, beautifully made, very fast efficient service. It would have been perfect if Picframes could have attached the hanging rings to the frame, as I found this difficult to do.”

“Excellent service. Oredered over the Christmas period and the frame arrive much sooner than promised so we were able to display our new print sooner than we had expected. The quality of the frame is also excellent. Website was very easy to use and the frame was as we had expected.”

“I ordered a large custom frame and mount (1000 x 400mm) which was exactly as described. I am very happy with the quality. Some other reviews state that the acrylic material has a blue sheen that discolours the image. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The clear acrylic sheet has protective film ON BOTH SIDES, so if the customer doesn't remove both it looks like the acrylic is tinted: It is actually completely clear when both protective films are removed. The order was delivered in the 1 hour window promised, and was very well packaged. The website wouldn't complete the order process in Chrome but worked perfectly in Internet Explorer. I had to phone Picframes with a query which they handled over the phone very efficiently. Overall really happy with the service, frame and mount quality and delivery - I would definitely consider using them again if I need any more non-standard frame sizes.”
