“Confused myself initially by not realising that it was the protective film that was coloured, not the mount behind it and assumed I'd been sent the wrong colour. My mistake! Nice frames, feel more solid than the off the shelf variety and competitively priced with the bonus that you get exactly the size you want. I'd recommend and would use Picframes again!”

“Very impressed with our new picture frame which fits our new picture perfectly. It is now hung on the wall and looks really nice. We found the whole process very straight-forward and the Picframes website easy to use - with lots of choice of frame-types/designs/accessories etc. Also impressive was the way the company kept us informed every step of the way. When the parcel arrived it was very well packaged. Well done and thank you Picframes. Would have no hesitation in using your company again - or recommending you to others.”

“Outstanding! Ordered a frame and was kept up to date through the various production stages. Great communication with regards to delivery. I took out the Sure Fit Guarantee and I am so glad I did as the picture I ordered was slightly different dimensions to what I was quoted from the gallery so it didn't fit the frame. I contacted PicFrames and they immediately sorted out the issue with no hassle what so ever. I now have a gorgeous, perfectly fitting frame in which to hand my picture. Highly recommended.”
