“I'm very happy with the frames. I would have given a very good rating, however due to Covid 19 and the issues that brought wit it, I was a little stressed out with the time it took for the frames to arrive. However, I will make sure I place my order in plenty of time in the future. I'm an artist and these frames compliment my work perfectly.”

“The response from placing the order to delivery was very good and the service overall was efficient. The 3 frames I ordered were packaged well and arrived in tact. However, I found the finish on the frames not as good as I had expected. One of the perspex inserts just about fit the frame once the picture was in it, and another one had not had good quality control as the edging that presumably is cut at the time of fitting had only been cut halfway along one side and it was impossible to cut it myself. The only way I could get the cover inside the frame was to force it in. The frames are not cheap and I had hoped for a better finish on the elements of it. I can't fault the service however”

“Very good job! Easy to order & arrived carefully packed in good time. Quality frames perfectly measured to fit my 3 pictures. Would have been 5 stars but for rough cut back board and just one imperfect corner. Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you so much!”

“Frame is not straight. Noticed this when we put it up. One side is slightly bend and does not sit against the wall . Not sure if you can replace at no extra cost.”

“Very happy to have found this company - the frame is great quality and at almost half of what it would have cost to have my item professionally framed is also great value. My only feedback would be that the backing and hanging mechanism are cheaper quality than what you would get with professional framers but at the price I guess that's to be expected. Will use again!”

“We are very happy with the frame we bought from Picframes. It was cut to the millimetre and fit just perfect. It looks great, too. We had done some research before regarding quality/price and we cannot be happier with what we got. It had been carefully packaged and the glass was protected by a double plastic layer. If you are hesitating, don't spend more time. Look no further and get one of these frames.”

“My frame was beautifully made. Questions I wanted to ask were answered promptly and politely and when it arrived it was so easy to install my artwork into the frame - it fits perfectly. There was a slight delay in processing and delivering my order, this was relayed to me in a personal message and I totally appreciated the reasons for the delay. I would definitely re-use and recommend Picframes.”
