“This is a great service and easy to use website - lots of options to really help you choose and the quality is so much better than the cheap stuff you get these days / fake wood etc. They also respond quickly to queries. Only scary moment was when it did arrive I thought the mounts had been done in a bright blue instead of off white but this is just the protective film that is on the perspex. It's not glass but a lot thicker than the cheaper ones and looks like glass but you still have the static issues of dust etc after removing the film so need to be careful to remove all this before clipping in your pic..”

“I had a problem with the double mount not being absolutely square. After sending an email to customer services I had a next day response on a Sunday and the mount was very promptly recut and delivered. All sorted and my pictures look great”

“Very happy with the customer service. I ordered a huge frame. When it arrived the basic frame depth and backing board holders weren't strong enough for the size of the frame - it was too flimsy and was falling apart. I complained and the team got back to me immediately, offering to re-make the frame in a more sturdy format. I now have my frame and it's wonderful. Thank you.”

“Well made, sturdy frame. I couldn’t buy “off the shelf” due to the unusual dimensions of the poster I had, and I didn’t want the expense of a professional framers as it wasn’t an expensive picture- this was a perfect in between option. Well packaged too.”
