“Picframes were outstanding in their customer service. They kept me updated the whole way through to let us know what stage the frame making was at and it is such good quality - exactly what we wanted! I was very nervous that it would not fit the painting but it is perfect. The mount quality is exactly the colour and size I had envisioned.”

“A friend has been recommending this company for years, and having just moved house I finally got round to ordering frames for an assortment of prints. I could not be happier! Amazing service, fantastic quality frames and an easy, straightforward ordering process. I loved the regular email updates informing me of each step of the process, which really shows the care and attention going into each frame. I had quite a large order, but it still only took a couple of weeks and I was updated at every stage so I knew when to expect them. Safely and securely delivered as promised and all the frames were perfect. I am absolutely delighted and have recommended them to everyone. Great stuff!!”

“I purchased a frame fro zip frames because my usual picture framer was closed for the pandemic. It was for a gift so I was hoping it was going to be decent quality. It exceeded my expectations. I gave the measurements of the items I was framing and then chose my frame and mounts. Ordering was very quick and easy with a huge selection It wasn’t the quickest delivery but I knew it would be slower due to Covid and I wasn’t in a rush so I had no issue with this. The website clearly stated this. When it arrived the pacing was amazing and the frame was safe and sound. In fact, the packaging was so good I kept it to send the framed item to the recipient. All in all, I shall be using Picframes from now on as the frame looked every bit as professional as any I’ve had framed. I bought the brown tape and after putting that round the back the whole look was fantastic. Thank you for a fantastic transaction.”

“Really impressed with this service. Ordering was so easy, the finished product being individually hand-made and delivered in a very acceptable time. Throughout the process I was kept fully updated with progress of my order by email which was most reassuring. The frame arrived safely as very well packaged and is exactly what I hoped - fits perfectly and displays a very special work of art beautifully. Couldn't have wished for better! I had no cause to contact the company as communication had been excellent.”
