“10/10 for everything! By far best quality jewelry for the price and it shipped so fast I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been looking to replace all my piercings with titanium for the longest time but never could I find a place that has it all until now. Like I said before 10/10!”

“Stumbled upon Pierced Universe when I was looking to change out my piercings & omg they have so many cute options!! Their customer service was amazing. I was really confused about the sizes and they helped me decide on the right ones to get. Overall such a great experience, I’ll definitely be shopping with them in the future!”

“I have been eagerly searching for a place to get my piercings from and found Pierced Universe. I got some new monroes for my ears and am absolutely in love with them! I also have pretty sensitive skin and was so happy when I had no reactions :) Definitely will order again!!!”

“Was looking for labrets that wouldn’t irritate my ears and their customer service recommended the titanium threadless labrets! I ended up getting the crescent moons and they’re so cute. Super easy to put on and despite them being push-ins I swear they stay in better than screw on ones I used to wear.”

“I made my first purchase and ordered the wrong body jewelry because typically I shop in person vs doing the online shopping…but since I don’t get to their Kiosk anymore I decided to order online and try it and I contacted them to see if they could help me find what I was looking for and they did and then I put the wrong length size down and they fixed it for me and I got exactly what I wanted ! Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service ! It’s hard to come by these days and just appreciate it so much ! 🙌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Well done !”

“The staff inside were really nice and friendly. The ladies were patient and were very informative and I felt confident with how clean pierced was to get my piercings there. The pricing was reasonable in my opinion, I just went for the basic stud steel.”

“Super professional and friendly. Very welcoming experience and the staff were informative, as well as knowledgeable. Found everyone very genuine. Will most definitely be returning for more! Well prepared with advice and suggestions. Able to deal with both fresh new dermal piercings as well as dealing with scar tissue and old piercings. Highly recommend”

“Ive made 3 separate multi-item orders from Pierced Universe! They rock! Everything has come as advertised and holds up well over time. The earring colours do wash away however and some gems fall out. But for the price i dont expect much. The materials seem legit and the stones are sparkly. Will continue to shop with them!! :D”

“I live in an area that is accessed by ferry from Vancouver, so I am used to delays in shipping. One shipment still did not arrive after approximately 6-8 weeks. They gave me a dull refund with no issues. Prior to that they sent me a free replacement captive ball ring when I noticed the bead/ball was hard to insert and remove. These guys have pretty good selection and awesome customer service. If you live in Canada they are the best and fastest to deal with - under normal circumstances you will have your order within 7-10 days even with free shipping.”

“I ordered my nose rings too big. My mistake not theirs. And I emailed the customer service account explaining what happened. They promptly replied and offered a $20 credit so I can keep the ones I already received as well as get the right ones. I’m very impressed with the customer service as well as the jewelry:)”
