“I live in an area that is accessed by ferry from Vancouver, so I am used to delays in shipping. One shipment still did not arrive after approximately 6-8 weeks. They gave me a dull refund with no issues. Prior to that they sent me a free replacement captive ball ring when I noticed the bead/ball was hard to insert and remove. These guys have pretty good selection and awesome customer service. If you live in Canada they are the best and fastest to deal with - under normal circumstances you will have your order within 7-10 days even with free shipping.”
