“Pros: I love the look and size of this dresser. It's around half the price of most dressers like it, and even better it's made of actual wood and not particle board. It's also large enough on top to fit a changing pad if we choose to do so. We really do love this dresser for our nursery!
Cons: We only used hand-tightening tools and still managed to see pressure cracks in parts of the build while only applying enough force to secure the structural integrity. No over-tightening. 2 other very small gripes: I wish the drawer stoppers allowed the drawers to come out a bit further, but this is hardly worth mentioning. Lastly, we also thought the directions included could definitely use some clarity on a few steps.
Conclusion: We had a few issues with our first shipment but customer support was blazing fast and super helpful with a replacement and has remedied any worries about us wanting to buy from them again. The dresser is beautiful and they seem to really care about customer satisfaction. Buy with confidence!”
“Great customer services, quick responses to my emails regarding my order. The chest comes disassembled, took about 40 minutes to build, no extra tools needed. Complete, it has a great build, drawers roll out easily. Very satisfied with the build, quality, and finish. The wood feels heavy and durable.”
“The package came very well packaged it seemed all most seamless in the wrapping. The finish was surprisingly very nice. Solid wood not a composite which is wonderful. The product is very well worth the price. The only short coming, which was not much, a few of dowel holes were to large and I used wood glue just in case. Other than that thumbs up. “I was a little nervous based on the mixed reviews. But I am happy with the quality, delivery and service I received. I got the Santa Fe full over full bunk with trundle. Bunk bed came in 3 packages. Trundle came the next day in a 4th package. I’ve owned metal and cheaper wood bunk beds before. This bunk bed is nothing like those. The slats are better quality wood. It’s heavy and solid. I bought this to serve as a bed for the grandkids to visit, but also to serve as an extra guest bed that can hold an adult. Based on the weight capacity for top and bottom I would be confident in putting an adult on top as well. For all those college aged kids my daughter brings home when she visits. I would recommend this bed.”

The price was almost the same as other beds online that are made from cheap particle wood. Delivery took about 1.5 weeks and the bed took us about two hours to assemble.
