"The bed arrive on time. All pieces were in perfect condition. Very sturdy and good quality. The only thing missing was some small caps or stickers to cover some of the additional holes but I think we can purchase those somewhere else at a low cost. I\u2019m using this bed for my 3 year old and it is perfect. "

"The package came very well packaged it seemed all most seamless in the wrapping. The finish was surprisingly very nice. Solid wood not a composite which is wonderful. The product is very well worth the price. The only short coming, which was not much, a few of dowel holes were to large and I used wood glue just in case. Other than that thumbs up. "I was a little nervous based on the mixed reviews. But I am happy with the quality, delivery and service I received. I got the Santa Fe full over full bunk with trundle. Bunk bed came in 3 packages. Trundle came the next day in a 4th package. I\u2019ve owned metal and cheaper wood bunk beds before. This bunk bed is nothing like those. The slats are better quality wood. It\u2019s heavy and solid. I bought this to serve as a bed for the grandkids to visit, but also to serve as an extra guest bed that can hold an adult. Based on the weight capacity for top and bottom I would be confident in putting an adult on top as well. For all those college aged kids my daughter brings home when she visits. I would recommend this bed. "
