“Received most of the boxes really fast, but took a week to receive the remaining two boxes. Once it was all unboxed, we realized we are missing several if not most of the hardware to assemble the bed. I have contacted both the manufacturer and Planet Bunk Bed, but haven't heard back yet since it's the weekend.”
“I order an item that was listed as available on the site. I was contacted via email that it was not and was offered a different item in its place. When I responded I received no response. I’ve reached back out multiple times and still her nothing back. At this point I don’t know if I will revive any item. Let alone and item I actually want. It’s seems I’ve paid for something and won’t receive anything in return. Still trying to get through to get any item I want or a refund.”

“We ordered select Camflexi Baja bedroom pieces (we're downsizing) in the rustic Grey finish. The nightstands and dresser were purchased elsewhere and the chest of drawers from PBB. The furniture is of wonderful, sturdy construction; after shipping delays from Brazil, the chest arrived. There was a lot of interaction from customer service, all positive. We have topped the dresser and chest with tempered glass to lend a bit of elegance. Construction went well, was fairly easy and we advise having an electric screwdriver handy. We applied caulk to the outside bottom of the drawer panels where they meet their channels to give the drawers a more solid sound. Did the same with the back panels of all the pieces. I would definitely purchase this furniture again and expect it to last for a good, long time!”
“I ordered this bed for my daughter for her birthday. It is a very sturdy and solid bed. It had all of the pieces in the shipment. It was delivered in a timely manner. It was a bit hard to put together it would have been nice to have a video to show how to put it together. Planet bunk bed is the only place that I could find a bed that was able to provide a bed that could hold so much weight, now both of my kids can sleep in the bed. Thank You Planet bunk bed!!”

“Well-packed unlike many other flat-pack furniture items I’ve purchased from Wayfair etc in the past. Well-labeled boxes made initial unpacking and inventory easy to complete. They thoughtfully included one or two extraS of each item (screws, bolts etc). Sturdiest bunk beds I’ve ever experienced (real wood, no MDF particleboard). Only three areas for potential improvement are more about the process than the product: 1) shipping all four boxes at the same time rather than trickling in over a few days (frustrating not to be able to start building immediately) and 2) evenly drilled holes in the ladder sides and slats. Had to use a drill to widen the holes before screwing in. 3) break down steps in more sequential order (ex step 7 actually had Three objectives and would be helpful to know which one to do first).”
“We are delighted with our solid wood Mid-Century Modern styled pieces—bed frame, desk, and side tables.
One package arrived labeled per our order, however, inside was a different color. The team at PlantBunkBed was gracious and ready to ship us a replacement immediately upon receiving notice of the error. Since we are so happy with the product, instead of shipping the piece back, we decided to buy it and keep it for our bedroom.
The company generously sold us the product we originally ordered for the lower price of the two items and shipped it no cost to us.

“I placed my order 11 days ago. I received email same day that bed was in stock and would be shipped and I would receive tracking number for shipment. I have not been given tracking number and I have send 3 emails over past week and half and no response last email, and still no tracking number. Can someone please follow up with me ? I was suppose to receive my bed last Thursday.”
“Ordered a Camaflexi rustic grey 5 drawer chest on May 18 - stock on hand showed 9 but was later informed by James that the chest is out of stock until 7/9 and do we want to wait? I sent an email asking if PBB was ABSOLUTELY sure that the chest would again be in stock because we purchased the dresser elsewhere predicated on wanting a matching set. There has been no return response as of 6/28. Sorry, can't assign a star rating yet. So far, would give it a 1 or 2.”
“The item is okay and arrived undamaged. My biggest issue is the customer service. No notice of shipping was sent until after the item had arrived, no one was ever at the phones during business hours, and multiple attempts to call and email went unanswered by anyone at the company. I finally heard back from an email more than a week later with a one sentence hurried response that didn't even answer my question. Perhaps this is just because of the pandemic. Or perhaps this is normal. I won't ever know as I likely won't order from them again in the future.”
“I ordered a bed and dresser on 6/6. The money was immediately taken from my bank account. I received an email on 6/10 p.m. that the bed we wanted was out of stock. I answered the email on 6/11 a.m. and I’ve not had any response and my voicemail sent yesterday morning has gone unanswered! Horrible customer service!”
