“I have ordered several of the Bioamax 900 devices. They have quite a strong smell if they are all together in the room. Further, certain packages got delivered to the wrong address and UPS sent an additional invoice amounting to more than USD 300 because supposedly Platinum LED calculated the weight wrongly.”

Hello! When the lights are first ran, there will be a burn-in period for the electronics for the first 5 hours or so of run time whereby there may be a slight odor which will quickly dissipate once ran. Regarding the rest of the customer statement, the customer was not available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery and thus the packages were held by UPS for his pickup due to security. This was a large shipment to Switzerland and therefore there was an additional invoice levied by the local jurisdiction but this had nothing to do with an error on our part whatsoever.

“Well, #1 I do sleep a whole lot better and it definitely closed up a 2 year old wound on my leg. My very dark colored legs from something going on with my health has improved tremendously; not so dark now but the varicose veins are still there ... but there are too many benefits to stop me now. My very hefty gal friend says each session stops her knee pain. My cousin's husband says it helps with his back pain after a day of work at the auto shop. I use it almost every day. I read in a color therapy book by a doctor that all red light healing should start at the bottom of the feet. So I put a gravity chair/recliner for the 1st part for 10 minutes. Then I do two 20 minute sessions: one standing, facing away from the RLT and then I end it with sitting in front of it with my feet up; my eyes covered.”

Hello! This seems to be a user misunderstanding of not being able to see the NIR LEDs which will always appear dim or unlit due to the NIR spectrum being outside of the range of human visibility. We working with the customer now to assist and revise review as this is the first contact indicating an issue.

“I've been using my BioMax900 for just over a year now and couldn't be happier. I have been using red light therapy in a few different areas and have been experiencing great results. First and foremost, I have been using it for my eyes. I have the early stage of cataracts and before I started using my BioMax900, my vision was getting a bit blurry and cloudy, I also was having trouble driving at night as I would see the starburst effect around lights at night which made it difficult sometimes in brightly lit areas. After I started using the red lights on my eyes, I started noticing my vision cleared up and my vision at night no longer have the starburst around lights and bright lights don't bother me when driving anymore. I didn't think it was possible to correct my eyesight with red light therapy. I use my BioMax900 for my back as I have osteoarthritis and sciatica both of which I have found relief using red light therapy. I rarely have any back pain anymore. A few weeks ago I started having pain in my thumb joints near my wrists. This was because of the arthritis I assume. It was making it very painful when trying to open jars as I have to use both hands and specifically the thumbs for opening anything. I started targeting my joints close up with red light and after a few weeks, am now completely pain-free in my right thumb and about 85% pain-free in my left thumb.”

“Quite amazing the results you can get from using the red light therapy, I had ulnar nerve surgery and carpal tunnel surgeries to relieve numbness in both hands and after 7 years it came back! I read where some people were having good results from using red light to treat the numbness. After using red light continuously for 5-7 days per week for several months on the elbow and wrist area for 15 minutes a day the numbness went away completely. I have no other explanation why it went away other than using red light therapy.”

“This light is heavy-duty, sturdy and well-made. I have had it for a number of months now and it has always worked exactly as expected. The two switches allow me to use either or both wavelengths. There are also two fans to prevent the light from overheating. I have created ways to use the light at different heights and so it sets vertically, horizontally, or flat, pointing down. If you are ready to try red light therapy, this is a good choice.”

“It's been a little over a year since I purchased and have been using my red light therapy system. I have been very pleased with the results. I have never slept better when doing a session at about 9:30 pm, going to bed at around 11:00pm. I had started to develop neuropathy in my feet prior to using my system. Now I am pain free, no foot nerve pain. I do a 13 minute session on my back and front side prior to my workouts, I seem to have just a little bit more energy and what a good way to worm up. I love my Platinum Therapy Light and am thinking about purchasing another light as a upgrade. Highly recommended this product!”

“I feel like my day is incomplete if I don't do the light for 29 minutes. It is my boost of energy in AM and pain removal if I had a bad night sleep. I recommended it to members of my family and they ordered it. I just wish I had bought the biggest one. I got the biomax 600 wishing I had the 900 one. Both my husband and I are wishing we had discovered this year's ago. I love what it does to my face and brain, I swear my hair is not thinning anymore.”

“First off, the website is AMAZING and full of so much information!!! Anything you need to know about light therapy is there!! Secondly, I researched RLT and NIR for months and found Platinum Therapy Lights to be the absolute best of the best. I could even use my flexible spending card on their website to purchase my FDA approved light!! Thirdly, shipping was quick! The stand I purchased was super easy to put together. “I purchased a red and near-infrared light from Platinum LED lights a few months ago and have found uses for it I never thought of when I purchased it. I cured my wife's back pain from bending over her computer screen too much and I was able to cure it with the combo unit in about 3 weeks. My wife has Diabetes and had numbness and tingling in her feet with treatment it has abated. It has been the best investment I have ever made.”
