“I love my Platinum light. It is very powerful and with the panel I can get red light exposure to most of my body. I feel energized and less overall inflammation. I just turned 50 and receive many compliments about my skin. I love the light!”

“I use the lights at least three times a week. It is good for my skin and joints. If I injure myself working out, it fixes me up quickly. It is very hot. I did also find that it increases my red blood cell count. I presume it is from the infrared. Not a bad idea to give blood once in a while for that. I love the lights and would buy them again.”

“I purchased the BioMax 900 and love it. It has helped my sleep and also relieved my knee pain. Skin is clearer too! I would like to get a BioMax 300 or 450 to add to the length of the system so I have full body coverage up close. I hang it on my closet door with the included hanger and it works great. I also take it off the door and have it setting on the floor to get the lower body coverage (if needed). I would highly recommend the Platinum series of Therapy lights. It does take some time to notice a difference but it works for me!”

“I try and use my red lights daily. I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin and overall health. With a healthy diet, clean water and the redlight therapy has really turned back the hands of time in the aging process. I recommend these lights to anyone that asks what I do to maintain my health and vitality.”

“The most heartbreaking experience of my life. Spending half my savings on what I thought could help me with pain management, I purchased close to $3,000 to be completely unsatisfied, but when I tried to WITHIN the 60 days of the guarantee, I was told that the items needed to be RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 60 DAYS. I cannot believe that you all are getting away with being dishonest this way. I still cry over the money that I lost over this and I am no longer able to use these machines because I have a medical condition that does not allow me to be able to use them. As far as the question asking below how was the return process, completely false. I would have had to pay $400 to have these items returned which at that point I no longer had because I had spent all of my money hoping for help with pain that I so eagerly want to be relieved of. Honestly this has only made my condition worse because of the stress I've been under. I did everything that I was supposed to do for the return to be rejected and lied to.”

“Platinum therapy lights have changed my life and my husband's and my sister. I have lived with panic attacks for probably 42 years and these lights have helped me with my anxiety I feel better I had a consistent pain in my upper back that is gone. My sister told me about these lights and how amazing they were and I thought okay well I'll give it a try and I bought one light and then used it for about 3 months that's when I started noticing a difference my upper back pain was gone and my anxiety was better I just feel stronger so I ended up ordering another light so I have a light that sits in front of me and one behind me. They are amazing now we just ordered two more lights we're going to have full body lights in front of us and behind us. The lights are made excellent they just are amazing and the company has excellent customer service and excellent shipping and handling I can't say enough good things about them. My sister used them for her knee pain that she's lived with for a long time her knee pain is gone after using these lights she also has thinning hair her hair has gotten thicker and she just feels better stronger I can do double the exercise that I did before these lights. I know it sounds too good to be true but it is true they are life-changing.”

“Platinum Therapy Lights seems to be one of, if not the, best manufacturers of at home RLT panels on the market. The Biomax 900 panel I got a few months ago has become a staple in my daily life and is powerful, well designed, and enjoyable to use. My treatments are much more effective than my previous panel, which put out less than half the irradiance of the Biomax lights. I look and feel better than I have in years, and when I can afford it I'm planning on getting another Biomax 900!”

“Terrible experience. Ordered 4 panels and they came scratched up and dented. Customer service wasn’t willing to do anything because I already had a promotional discount which is quite pathetic. They don’t care.”

Hello! This is absolutely not true. Customer received a panel with some removable cosmetic black marks from the testing process which were able to be removed and one panel that had a slight dent from customs inspection to Canada. Our customer service team bent over backwards for days to try and assist but customer demanded an outrageous 50% discount. We offered to pick the entire shipment up for free and replace or a much lesser amount. Customer became outraged that we would not give the unreasonable discount and left revenge feedback.

“2 stars is based on customer service and resolution. The product itself seems to do the job, but the customer service quality represents the compnay. I purchased a BIOMAX 450 unit based on Alex Fergus review. Unfortunately, I was naive and also ordered the remote control and the desk mount arm. The remote control is a waste of money, you can get the same thing from their app. I'm not even sure why this reputable company is putting its good name at risk of getting bad reviews. *DO NOT PURCHASE* the remote. Customer service is ok at responding and getting 1 star for resolution. I've gone back and forth so many times, I will just give up on the control and the money spent on it. I'm on the market for another panel but hesitant to get it from the same company. Others have complained about customer service from PLATINUMLED, well, I should have heeded the warning!”

Hello! We have tens of thousands of very happy users worldwide that use our Professional Touchscreen Remote on a daily basis and love it. While the smartphone app works wonderfully, there are many applications where users do not want to have to use a phone to control the lights and prefer a standalone remote control. The truth is that we do anything we can for our customers within our polices!

“I don't have a great knowledge of Red Light Therapy, but after I have been using it consistently for a week I have to say I'm sold. My aches and pains are dissipated. My husband also says the same thing. However, one observation is that being regular with the red light seems essential to keep aches and pains at bay. I'm looking forward to experiencing how it will support my body during the winter months since my body will always have greater aches and pains.”
