“So far so good I actually had a great time riding back-and-forth with this company. They are excellent customer service, attentive, and probably one of the best that I spoke with! I’m waiting for my panel, but I know from many friends that this is a great device I’m excited to use it and I will leave a second review on the results! But as far as the customer service and the price and everything else, I would surely go with this company out of all the companies you have been doing this research for! Thank you platinum LED!”

“Great company to work with. They answered phone calls which is getting more rare these days and quickly shipped needed “special” brackets that weren’t in a kit to fit my personal needed application when I added two more panels to my first two to make one giant full body panel. The remote works flawlessly on all four since I’ve had my panels close to a year now. My family still uses them 5-6 days every week. They are a definite needed modality in our health and wellness lifestyle. We plan to purchase a second full size panel so we can cut our red lite time down to 10 min a session soon. Highly recommended company.”

“I’ve been very happy with my therapy lights. From the first day, no more breakouts on my face using the blue, red lights and near infrared. After a few weeks my rosacea is less red. On my fourth week and noticed less pain (inflammation) in my shoulders and going down my arms. Have a lot of damage in my neck and hoping that eases soon.”

“I bought the BioMax 900 X 2 and manual horizontal stand. Been using it everyday for 2+ weeks. I can see skin improvements, better sleep, eye floaters seems to be disappearing. I look forward to more health benefits. Tip: if you are looking to buy horizontal stand, buy the motorized horizontal stand. I wish I did.”

“I use it every day. I usually use it after my morning shower for about 10 minutes. I do stretching while in front of it on an exercise ball. It gets my day off to a great start. I use it again at night for another 10 minutes. Its been easier to fall asleep since I have been using the Biomax 900. This has exceeded my expectations. I have been telling everyone about my experience. Love it. Thanks so much.”

“The power of the lights are just about right for my wife and I to expose the target area for about 5 minutes. Then we move ourself to the next area. Front to back and head to foot. It only takes about 20 minutes to do this. I sometimes will do other areas like my hands or feet (where I had traumatic injuries about 20 years ago. We’ve only had it about a week so I think it will take awhile to see a measurable improvement.”

“I have been using the BioMax300 for almost 3 weeks now and have seen a marked improvement in my complexion where it's much more firm and clearer now. I've learned with this device that for me, it's best to be at least 24" from the unit in order to not overdo it. I've been using it for about 2-3 times per week at 15 minutes per session and am happy with the results so far!”

“Hello, the Platinum Led Biomax 450 unit has probably been one of my most important purchases of my life, not in terms of money but for the immense benefits it brings to my health and well-being. I had problems with my arm joints and one shoulder, the doctors told me I should take cortisone which I always refused. The Biomax 450 unit has changed everything, working in a non-invasive way, it's the whole body receives the benefits. I don't have any pain anymore. Red light therapy is the medicine of the future accessible today. But only use the best like Platinum Led products. Take a look at Alex Fergus' analysis and comparisons on the web and you'll see that Platinum Led always comes out on top. I recently bought a Platinum Led horizontal stand rack to improve the comfort of use, so it will allow me to add a second Biomax 450 unit by the end of the year.”

Hello Robert! Our apologies for any confusion caused by the appearance of every other row of lights not being lit on your BIOMAX light. We completely understand your concern, but rest assured, this is completely normal. The BIOMAX lights utilize Near InfraRed light (NIR+), which is not visible to the human eye. Although it may seem like some lights are not functioning, they are actually working perfectly and emitting the desired wavelengths of light. Keep in mind NIR is outside the spectrum your eyes are able to process, so you are not looking for the same type of brightness as the red lights. You can find more information on the NIR lights in the ‘Troubleshooting’ section of your manual. It's the first bullet point! We hope this helps and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

“Extremely happy with purchase of my Platinum Therapy Light. After extensive research it was evident that their a top tier brand in light therapy! Within a week I could tell my skin has improved significantly along with my hair growth/thickness and mood! Since purchasing my Platinum therapy light it has become a daily ritual! “I got into red light for the promise of pain relief through studies I read. I have thirty years of accident related back pain. The first use of a Biomax 900 gave me 8 hours of sleep. I thought that if i got 10% of the benefit of the hype I would be happy. But it is 100% satisfaction for me. Great product.”
