“I placed on order on 07/09 and it was held and not shipped because of one hex nut. It's now 09/18 and I had to cancel the nut off of my order to get it shipped. Christy was very helpful in getting my order shipped out. I would give 5 stars if it hadn't taken 2 1/2 months to receive our order. If you need anything, call and ask for Christy. She'll get it handled for you.”

“Jared from customer service helped me out to replace my trimmer after having it passed one year I wasn't sure if it was still covered under its manufacturer warranty and it was I highly recommend this product and its company”

“I sincerely appreciate to Jared, one of customer service representative in Trone! I was struggling with a defective toilet and he moved my case quickly in his best to find a resolution. I was doubting about the customer service of Trone since there was no contact information except the email, but now I am confident that I can rely on!”

“Great customer service. I checked on my order via text/email and got a quick same day response. The part was on back order but they could ship it from another warehouse. My package was shipped yesterday (same day) and came today. Very satisfied! Will install it tonight.”
