“The faucet I ordered arrived promptly and in good packaging. My client decided to use a different selection. So I needed to return it. “Jared at Redback Tools provided amazing customer service. I had an issue with my blower and he responded immediately after I reached out. After I provided the info required, he honored the warranty and is sending me a new blower. Very professional and seemed happy to help me. 5 Stars!!!”
