“I had issues regarding FedEx not sending me any notification that they had received or shipped my order. I texted your firm and they were able to confirm the product had been shipped and provided me the FedEx tracking number.”

“It took a month to get a one off part processed. Communication with the parent company was impossible but plumbers stock took care of all my issues and gave me a refund because the shipping company delivered my package to the wrong address.”
