“Jake was probably the most helpful and pleasant customer service person I have ever worked with. In less than 5 minutes he had my return authorization processed and and emailed to me. The instructions were given in a clear manner. He also offered to generate an Amazon return label for free shipping in case I had misplaced mine. Jake should be commended for his efficient processing and his customer service over the phone.”

“This was my first time coming across Plumbers Stock and using them. I can say I was quite satisfied with my experience. The representative assisting me was Jake and he couldn't have been nicer or more patient. I needed a replacement toilet, quickly and was unsure of the additional items I would need to get to go along with the installation. Jake checked on that and provided me with SKU numbers and costs. He then placed the order with me and offered to make a request to the warehouse to ship the order immediately. He was quite helpful! I hope my new toilet functions as well as your customer service support does!”
