“Although the part was not available in a timely manner their customer service assisted me with timelines and cancelling my order (needed the part fast versus cheaper). They did not try and keep me on the hook for my order despite already entering my payment info and did not charge me before it was sent.”

“MJ was great , plumbersstock as a company sucks. The only reason I got MJ was because I kept hitting extensions randomly until Someone answered . Otherwise as I experienced in the past they DO NOT answer there phone, on hold for more the. 20 minutes before the drop the call, they suck. It’s very difficult to get connected to anyone . Usually extension start with a 3 digit number so I started with 102 and MJ answered at 106 he was great”

“Jake was probably the most helpful and pleasant customer service person I have ever worked with. In less than 5 minutes he had my return authorization processed and and emailed to me. The instructions were given in a clear manner. He also offered to generate an Amazon return label for free shipping in case I had misplaced mine. Jake should be commended for his efficient processing and his customer service over the phone.”
