“Jake was very helpful with locating my order. He made buying from Plumbers Stock worth while. I give 5 Stars. The site itself could do much better at updating me about my purchase and shipment. The original estimated delivery was 3 weeks from ordering. Five weeks went by before arrival. I give them 3 Stars”

“Ordered some parts that were to ship within 1 to 2 weeks. The two weeks went by and shipping had not occurred. Needed to proceed with my project so asked for a cancellation and refund of my payment. Was contacted same day by Jake, who cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Delay had been caused by the parts not having been shipped from the manufacturer.”

“Jake was very helpful throughout my entire interaction. Through no fault of theirs FedEx delivered the product broken. They were very helpful and issued me a refund as the toilet I ordered was out of stock. I will definitely utilize their company again because Amazon was not a help, but they were.”
