“Yesterday we received your engineer Andrew Skingley who recharged the air pressure gap in the megaflow unit. He was punctual, immediately assessed the cause of our problem and set about sorting it quietly and efficiantly causing us no incovenience whatsoever. Following this experience we will certainly always use Pimlico and hopefully be fortunate enough to have Mr. Skingley who is a great ambassador for your Company. Norman Brunskill, SW15”

“Had a lovely man called Gary repaired my toilet , very impressed with the quick and speedy service and nice people to deal with . Especially as I had tried 4 plumbers before and couldn't get anybody in , they came same day . I will use them again”

“I called early afternoon and a guy was here in about 90 mins. He was very pleasant and did an excellent job nice neat and tidy. Think his name was Louis? He deserves being complemented. It was a bit expensive but I expect that with such prompt service. Will use you again. Thanks”

“On monday I rang up for an engineer to come out for the following day as we had plasterers to come to our kitchen on the Wednesday. Got through on the phone first time paid £99 and the engineer came the next day (Tuesday) to take a radiator off the wall ready for the plasterer. The engineer appeared at the time allocated and also serviced my boiler. Found gas jets not properly burning and too much Cardon Monoxide. He reduced the gas pressure and installed a digital CO alarm. All for £154.80. Absolutely brilliant service. No point in calling anyone else.”

“When my kitchen plumbing failed they had someone out within the hour, the plumber (Nick) was friendly, courteous and very skilled, he offered good practical advice and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service and I highly recommend.”

“I had a leak in my shower Rob arrived on time and was efficient clean tidy and polite Rob knew his job and was able to reassure me which is a great help when there is water coming through the ceiling Although not the cheapest Rob was excellent I would recommend this company”

“Service was excellent. Made appointment over phone, paid with card and plumber came when he was supposed to. Received a call from the office to advise he was on his way too. He was quick, thorough and pleasant. Explained what he did and was very professional. Will use this company again for definite.”
