“Very fast efficient service from my first call to Kerri to the engineers work. You were the fourth plumber I had called and you dealt with the emergency very professionally without fuss and at a very keen price. Thanks again I will of course be recommending you in the future”

“Provided a plumber for leaking water tank same day I rang. Was polite, helpful, gave a quote and estimated timescale. Came back and did the job when new tank available. Left all working and site clean and tidy.”

“We had a kitchen sink clogged and leaking pipes, so we called this service to help us on this issue. And they came right on schedule. They found easily the leak and clog, and fix it right away; they removed and replaced the corroded, damaged pipes. Cleaned up after themselves. This service really cared about doing the work right and even returned to be sure that everything was fine. The price rate was very reasonable, really worth every penny. Very Professional Service, would highly recommend.”

“Requested plumber at 0900 and settled on a time for them to be there from 1200. Due to phone on roaming (the person taking the call was aware) they were to email me. 1845and been waiting at the house all day with no showing up. I emailed them throughout the day, with no reply.d”

“Beware! Used these today. Got quoted £63 part to fix my boiler, plus labour. £265 later and my boiler still doesn't work, and I need another £500 of parts. Their excuse, they can't be expected to correctly estimate at the beginning!”

“What a joke! After being told that the engineer would be on site between 11 and 2, was then call just before 2 to be told that they couldn't make it until between 3 and 6. Then called at 5:30 after waiting in all day to be told that they wont be coming at all!! Avoid this bunch of cowboys!!!!”

“The hot water heater at our home broke and I decide to call them for help. The same morning they arrived and quoted a reasonable price. They then returned later in the afternoon to replace it. I like the service. Very professional.”

“Phoned to enquire about a boiler service. The phone was answered immediately by a very friendly and helpful person who gave me a firm quote which I considered to be very fair. I was advised someone could come that afternoon if I wished. I made a booking and was given a four hour window and an assurance that I would be phoned when the engineer was on his way. I received the phone call as promised and the engineer duly arrived. He carried out the service in a professional manner. It all went like clockwork and would not hesitate to call upon the services of Plumbingforce again.”
