“Was very happy with the service provided by Plumbingforce. Rang up Monday morning, was able to book an engineer for the day and time required, and the job was done within an hour as specified. The gas fitter was polite and helpful, and the gas appliance was removed and the area made safe. Will definitely be using this company again.”

“Matt arrived on time (08.00) and did the boiler service most professionally. He was helpful with certain questions we asked and offered useful advice as regards gas appliance maintenance. Apart from calling me by my first name (everyone's different!) he was very focused and professional. Will certainly be using you again as the need arises and for gas appliance annual servicing.”

“The plumber was extremely efficient and even brought items for the sink installation in case they were missing! The work was done very professionally. We are very pleased with our new sink. Hope the plumber has a great holiday in a few weeks time. Top marks to Plumbingforce for employing the guy.”

“what a professional website, however does plumbing force actually provide plumbers ? I certainly doubt this as following waiting three hours onTuesday and another three hours today there was no plumber to be seen. Did the plumber get lost in the London traffic ? Oddly enough I have managed to find my way from Hampshire on both occasions without difficulty, arriving in good time. This in despite of travelling a total of 160 miles in horrendous traffic. Perhaps you might provide a service where customers collect the plumber to increase efficiency and taking them to their next appointment!! one star for the website only”

“I'll be honest. I was rather impressed, as normally having tradesmen come to visit is a hit or miss affair, probably why there is lack of loyalty amongst customers. Your man was prompt and very polite (arriving at 8.20am), and even went to put covers on his shoes (unnecessary for us, but appreciated the gesture). He was friendly, asked the history and explained what he was going to do. He even checked the flue 2 stories up, something that our British Gas service has never done in 8 years. In short, your man was engaging and courteous, thorough and speedy and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using your company again off the back of this one visit.”

“Good Afternoon Service received was excellent, from the point of arranging an engineer to call to the sign off on completion of the work carried out. Andy, the engineer, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the boiler and offered us various options. We decided to replace the boiler with one recommended by the engineer. This was ordered and installed on the same day with the work carried out efficiently, professionally and to a high standard. Regards Peter Gretton”
