“MY CALL WAS ANSWERED STRAIGHT AWAY AND REQUESTED INFORMATION GIVEN BY VERY FRIENDLY OPERATER. MITCH INSTALLED SHOWER HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY CAME BOTH TIMES AT THE AGREED TIME.FITTED SHOWER TESTED AND GAVE US CONCISE INSTRUCTIONS. VERY TIDY WORKMANSHIP. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.”

“We were given constant updates of when the plumber would be arriving so no time was wasted waiting around. He was polite, helpful and very professional. Based on this experience we would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Quick response, he had all the parts. I think the difference was that he took the time to explain things to us - I don't know much about boilers. He could've left me in the dark knowing that if it broke he'd be called out again but actually helped me learn to maintain the system myself.”

“hi I had Martin based in Grantham today. if all of them are like him this is the place to call. He was a total professional and most important to me you could see he takes pride in his work and Makes you feel at easy. I take it the company thinks very highly of him like I do thank you Martin and if I need you guys again I will be asking for Martin ????????????”

“Received phone call from the company yesterday saying the engineer would be late as he's held up on another job, came yesterday afternoon, very nice polite man, took a little look at it, got a new shower ordered for today, agreed to come this morning to fit shower, apologised for being slightly late which was not an issue as I'm off work all day, ripped out and replaced shower within 45 minutes, would definately recommend this company to anybody else”
