“One star to much got another 13months of this paying for something can not use my TV the speed so slow no customer service at trying to talk to a person .a bloody nightmare. It the some all over this day.spent 2 hours trying to ring all this numbers each time can not talk to a person. Had them years ago they were good now but own by it it's rubbish.no customer service at all not paying for something I can not use”

“Just don’t. They cut my service for over 21 days. I explained I have a disabled child and live in an area with limited mobile phone reception. I ended up calling OpenReach myself to get back on line. They still took payment. They offered me a new rate to stay. It was £10 a month more than anybody else. A shame as I had been a long term customer but clearly something has gone wrong with how their customer experience.”
