“*** Reward card not honoured and complaint unresolved *** I signed up with Plusnet based on a promotional reward card offer. I did receive the reward card, however I did not receive any accompanying letter or email containing activation instructions or any requirement to activate within 3 months. Plusnet has stated such terms were included, but no evidence has been provided to confirm that these instructions were actually delivered to me. The reward card itself clearly shows an expiry date of 12/2026, which is inconsistent with the activation requirement now being relied upon. Despite raising this issue multiple times through the complaints process over an extended period, the matter remains unresolved. I have now been advised that the issue would need to be escalated to the Communications Ombudsman as no agreement has been reached. In addition, I have been informed that early termination charges of approximately £169 would apply if I cancel my contract, which I also dispute in the context of an unresolved complaint regarding material terms. Overall, the core issue remains the lack of clear communication of key terms and the inability to resolve the dispute fairly. Naz M”
