I had started a parallel account until I actually moved but they ignored that.
Not sure about renewing again.”
“I've just had to speak to someone regarding my plus net service. And I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I spoke to a lovely young man, (Amraiz Malik) who couldn't have been more kind and helpful. He talked me through things and got me sorted out in no time. All of the staff that I've had to deal with have been the same. Wonderful service all round. Well done Plus net.”
“Broadband and phone set up in days when BT couldn`t do it in weeks. Faultless 4 years with Plusnet and just switched my cellphone to them fully operational the moment I inserted the SIMcard. Ignore the bleaters Plusnet is great and btw cheaper than the rest.”
“Lost our internet connection , found the free Phone number for Plusnet & was pleased when an operator picked up after 15 / 20 seconds .
The first operator was unable to fix the problem and I presume he passed me on to a more experienced guy . He was very patient even when I was unable to answer some of the more technical questions . But after some five minutes he got to the bottom of what was one of the more unusual problems with in there technical systems .

Maybe I was lucky , I hadn't wait long for an operator , the second guy had the ability to fix a more unusual problem & both personnel were very curteous , the operator even informed me that I might be paying more as my Broadband deal had expired and passed me to sales to renew if I wanted , which we did at a cheaper price .
So for us it was win win”

I would like to personally thank Lee Yule for his superb professional approach which was both caring and considerate. Lee has been such a fantastic help resolving all the issues. He is a credit to the company. I would have left and changed provider if it wasn't for Lee.”

“I am definitely not happy with Plusnet. I signed up a a month ago and still do not have a broadband connection. Have to go to local Tesco to receive/send emails. Am about to lose my job as I cannot work without my laptop and cannot work in public space.
