“Ordered a part online. Took 5 days before it was collected for dispatch. Still hadn’t been received Was given a delivery time frame which will be doubled by the time it’s received Realised I’d made an error as soon as I saw you used sendle for deliveries”

“Dave in Sydney was very committed and helpful in identifying and sourcing unusual compression washers and right type squeeze tube for my acid Doser. He had them delivered to Melbourne in very quickly. Day. Awesome personal service from Dave whilst just sitting at my desk in Melbourne.”

“Rang to enqure about a multiport valve. Had the item 8n stock and wad told that if I placed nlmy order before 3pm it would leave that afternoon. Now that's what I call service. Price was great too. Thanks guys.”

“My calstop was delivered very quickly. They had taped up the lid and also put it inside a ziplock bag - which was very good, because it had slightly leaked, so good thinking on their part. If they hadn't taped it up, it could have lost alot of liquid (it was only minor). Good job Pool Shop”
