“My pool multiport value started leaking, and i freaked out. A quick internet search uncovered the poolshop, that was the start of the upward travel. They had the right parts, at a very competitive price, with quick delivery. The added bonus was the advice they gave during the purchase, they obviously know what they are doing. It filled me with the confidence to take on the job and, once armed with that knowledge, the job was made easy enough for me to attempt on my own. So, good range of parts, good knowledge of the parts and associated machinery, they provided great insightful advice and recommendations, the parts where shipped quickly and arrived very quickly. AND the price was the best that I found online, by a clear margin. I would use them again and again. Many thanks, Franc.”

“Hi, my review is not related to the pool shop product i bought as i havent revied it yet. Their courier aramex is hopeless. I watched the Aramex tracking until it got to the Mayborough Depot and then thats where its sat. I received an email on Friday from Aramex advising my delivery would be today but that did not happen. I tired to ring the Maryborough Depot but no answer. I sent an email enquiry to aramex as to when would my parcel be delivered, the only response i have had is an automated AusCare # from them. I then received another email from them on Saturday advising delivery was Saturday but that did not happen either. Monday still no contact from Aramex.”

“I can understand why you would send me a “tell us about your purchase” e-mail now, because it has been 11 days since I ordered. Sadly it is still not here and I don’t expect it for a few more days. 2 weeks to deliver, even considering Easter, makes the idea of online buying redundant.”
