“Ordered spa bromine tablets. Was sent granules. Phoned and they did send out correct items, however I had to then spend time returning incorrect items sent. Will not shop here again.”

“I bought a 40mm Onga eyeball threaded return. The website was pretty easy to use and I found the exact item I needed. The delivery was quick and there were no problems fitting the parts. Plus, the total cost, including delivery, was a bit less than half what the local pool shop was charging. I’d definitely recommend Poolshop!”

“Easy website to use. Lovely lady helped me swap the hulcon multiport valve for the one I incorrectly ordered. Arrived express to WA in 3 days. Good to know we can still get spares on equipment that is over 10 years old. Pool Shop would have got 5 stars but packing was not great. Box was flimsy and no packing materials. Thankfully no damage to contents. See photos.”
