“The product is great but delivery has been sketchy in the past on more than one occasion. They have however changed couriers , so it may have since improved. My dog LOVES the food but we are currently taking a break from it due to financial limitations.”

“I was wanting to swap my dogs over to raw for a while, after I completed a certificate in pet nutrition and learnt about the benefits. Unfortunately I had been on a budget and one of the more well known ones would have worked out more expensive than the organic dry food I was using (which my pups did love and was full of the good stuff). I found poppy's picnic and using their online weight and price tool I found that I could give them even better food for just under £20 less a month. Whats better, I learnt that Poppy's picnic has a 5/5 star rating on allaboutdogfood and amazing reviews. I have two dogs one who can be fairly fussy with new foods, the fussy one went crazy for his raw breakfast and tried to pinch the other's. The smaller one was unsure at first and ate is slowly almost like he wasn't sure if he was allowed to eat it or if he was being naughty. Come tea time and they both wolfed it down they are certainly enjoying it and I am looking forward to having them even healthier and happier, hopefully I can update my review when they have been eating it for a while! Also a quick note, Dylan is hilarious really good customer service and very helpful. Thank you Poppy's Picnic! Georgia, Sock and Hugo”

“I ordered my first hamper of Poppy’s Picnic mince at the weekend and it arrived (nice and frozen) yesterday, complete with bow tie. My Beagle Alfie absolutely loves it!! After contemplating switching him to a raw diet for a while and doing a bit of research, I don’t think we will ever look back. Fab customer service! Thank you.”

“Ralphie was suffering from a long list of illnesses and we were told to change to raw by a friend. Our vet was totally against the idea but even she has come around to agreeing raw is the best way forward after doing her research.”

“Excellent Customer Service from order advice to delivery. Have mentioned to friends and raves about the quality of the meat and being able to have meatballs - small portions for little dogs. One friend had placed an order and is very pleased as to us her dig Milo. Any rewards for recommendations?”

“I have been raw feeding for the past 15 years, and have tried many foods, and there are some I think are excellent and others not quite so cool. However, Poppy's Picnic exceeds everything. It smells fresh enough for humans to eat (not that I would lol) my dogs absolutely love it and their bowls are empties very quickly. No gurgling tummy from my dog who has EPI (pancreatic problem) and really good poops from him too now that says one heck of a lot coming from him! Thoroughly recommend, and am recommending now to my training class clients for their lovelies too”

“I have just received my 10th order from Poppy's Picnic! My cockapoo, Jeffers, absolutely loves it and is really thriving. Last summer, I first decided to try Poppy's Picnic after being let down repeatedly by several unreliable local raw food suppliers. Jeffers had always been very fussy with his food, even when we first made the switch to raw from kibble just over two years ago now. It would be hit or miss at mealtimes, with a lot of his food just going to waste. I probably threw out at least a third of his raw food in an average month. I'm so glad I decided to try Poppy's Picnic. From day one he has been so excited for his meals, jumping around in circles and eagerly presenting a paw for me before I put his bowl down, which is always quickly cleared (usually in under a minute!). None of it has ever gone to waste! It's been so good to see Jeffers excited about eating, and at his ideal weight. It's also a real bonus to buy from a company who seem to genuinely care so much about making a really good quality product, and matching that with great customer service. Thanks Poppy's Picnic!”

“My fussy eater has been transformed! We've tried all sorts of food in the past including another brand of raw and it's always been a nightmare to get her to eat, she had to have 'extras' added to her bowl and then would faff around for ages picking at it. Now on Poppy's Picnic she's jumping round the kitchen with the other dogs waiting or her meal and eats it straight away, it's lovely to see her enjoying her food so much. I also like that the meatballs make feeding the right quantity to small dogs so easy.”

“My 5 year old cavalier has had every single food you can think of in the past and has always gone days without eating it, almost just eating it to survive, however trying Poppy’s Picnic raw food was the best thing we ever did! She wolfs it down at every single meal and absolutely loves it 👍🏻 There was a slight mix up with our order but the lady I spoke to on the phone was very keen to help resolve it for us. Great customer service and my dog is finally eating like she should 😃”

“Marvellous raw food. Ive read about the benefits of raw feeding but was unsure of what exactly to feed and which supplements to include. Poppy's Picnic have done all the work for you and as the saying goes "The proof of the pudding is in the eating" Hattie the bullterrier eats hers with great gusto. Gone in seconds! and she's looking good.”
