“I have to say the customer service at Poppy’s picnic is excellent. I was reluctant to feed raw because of conflicting advice on the net. However research by myself and the fab advice by your team has made me feel at ease. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to start the diet as my puppy has campylobacter. I have today received a follow up by the team and told them about my situation, and they have given my number to there nutritionist. Thank you poppy’s picnic, I really feel that you genuinely care. Excellent company. 🐶 I just hope my little Barnaby will be better soon so he can enjoy his raw diet. ❤️”

“We decided to go for a monthly subscription with Poppy's Picnic because of how wonderful they are in helping my dog with her raw diet. I called yesterday to ask if I could change my hamper into a single protein, chicken, as the other meats don't sit well with my labrador's tummy - and the girl I talked to on the phone was lovely! Other brands might tell you that they can't amend your order for you but Poppy's Picnic really did so much for us. Now Didi my labrador cleans her dish every single time - it's amazing to see!”

“This food is the best we’ve ever had for our two dogs. They’re not fussy eaters (in fact they will eat almost anything, it just doesn’t always agree with them!) Not antisocial at all on this food.”

“Received Poppy’s Picnic dog food yesterday and I’m amazed that my extremely fussy yorkipoo Dave ate the whole bowel ! This very rarely happens and he then went on to eat more !! So easy to order the customer service was great and I will definitely recommend. Thank you again”

“Excellent customer service. Where they were unsure on puppy weaning they were instrumental in connecting me with an experienced breeder who was able to help me. All the dogs (7 puppies and 2 adult dogs) enjoyed the food. A lot more variety would be great, rabbit, venison etc and make the food a bit chunkier.”
