“Staff were very obliging and allowed me to take a tile away to check the colour in situ. The price was also very competitive and my order arrived within days. The fitter was able to liaise with the Store and it was him who collected the order leaving much less for me to worry about. The tiles look great and we have had numerous compliments. I have no hesitation in recommending the Porcelain Superstore to anyone, in fact I have already done so.”

“Fantastic service. The staff were extremely helpful and knew their product! We are delighted with our floor tiles for our kitchen they look just like traditional limestone but at a fraction of the cost! The tiles were delivered very quickly - all in all a great service - thank you!”

“Very reasonable prices, excellent range of styles/patterns/colourways, and prompt delivery service. Tiles are being laid over the next couple of days so sadly I can't upload a photo yet.”

“After doing the rounds of local tile stores we came across Porcelain Superstore on line and were so pleased that we did. The sample service was first rate, prices more competitive, delivery very fast and after care service was fantastic. 2 tiles were broken when we opened the boxes (not their fault) and as we were very tight on spares I phoned them and they immediately arranged for 3 new ones without question, sent on next day delivery and they called me back to make sure everything was OK. There is not a bad word that I can say and if you question buying then don't as you will not be disappointed.”

“I had a query re substrate & what to use & they were very knowledgeable & helpful. Also had a query re the layout of the 'patchwork' tiles which they answered with great clarity. The tiles themselves were nice quality, cut well where necessary & look great. Very pleased with the end result & they were very affordable. I recommended a friend to them & they were equally delighted with their tiles.”

“We ordered 3 different design tiles, two were in stock one was "to Follow". Delivery made of the two sets at a date convenient to us which was excellent. Slight over delivery but collection was made immediately of the excess quantity, no quibble whatsoever, again at a time convenient to ourselves .We are awaiting delivery of the third set which is due any day, Communication on the availability of the last set of tiles has been first class, as it has been all the way through, from requesting sample tiles to our final choice of tiles. If you need tiles then these are the people to contact. Our bathroom / cloakroom project starts on the 30th January and we can't wait to see the end result. On completion we will be happy to upload photos.”

“We managed to find the specific tiles we were looking for after finding they were sold out elsewhere - they were also cheaper! Fast delivery and helpful driver, overall very happy with experience.”
