“U never informed me of the progress of my Order. It wasn't coming 2 my home Address but, 2 an address in Lancs. The Evri People kept me roughly informed of progress & when it was finally delivered.”

“V good speedy response to my order of 4 excellent books at very good prices. My only strong criticism is of Evri the delivery company which did NOT deliver books to my house but to a different address in my village with different post code. They were delivered by hand to me by the owner of the "wrong" house. I informed Evri which has not responded nor apologised. All those ordering books in the future should insist on a different carrier.”

“The books themselves are usually very interesting and at very reasonable prices. The delivery is a bit hit and miss e.g. knowing that we would be away when the delivery was scheduled, I took the trouble to go on line with your deliverer and ask that the parcel be placed at the side door. It wasn't, instead it was left on the front door step: it rained heavily, and we came home to a very soggy parcel. Fortunately, you wrap the books inside the parcel in plastic which kept them dry.”

“Your catalogues are very informative, so you - mostly - know what you're buying, and the range is good. Thank goodness you still deal in hard copy, but the arrangement could be tightened up a bit.”

“As a fairly regular customer can you make a concession such as free postage on an order or at times I,ve ordered a book and found it wasn,t as I,d thought Can I post it back to Postscript for credit ?”

Our shipping cost is applicable to all orders placed via mail and phone due to the requirement for an agent to handle your enquiry. We do offer free shipping for orders over the value of £25 and is currently only for orders placed on our website, however we are always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience with us so your feedback is appreciated. “Could only be better if the reviews were longer:I’ve only been disappointed on a very few occasions-and the price means that that’s negligible. Otherwise I’d appreciate free postage for loyal customers!-I know that that works online,but I’ve never been able to do it.”
