“Ordering from the site was simple. I was a bit confused with what parts worked with what or the differences in each dumbbell model. After reading around a bit it made more sense. I would’ve like a bit more instructional videos on how to operate but YouTube helped with that.”

“I purchased a pair of Elite USA 90lb Power Blocks used and I needed a new selector pin for one of the blocks. It is very easy to find the pin I needed on Power Block’s website and the price was very agreeable. Only $16 with tax and free shipping. It arrived within a week of ordering it, and it only took me about two minutes to swap out the selector pins. I highly recommend ordering directly from Power Block’s website. It is very convenient and the customer service is great.”

“I bought the adjustable 35-62 lb. Kettlebell. When delivered it had a chip taken out of the bottom corner. Jason at PowerBlock immedetely resolved the problem by sending me another KB. Got it within a week and it looks and feels great! Great customer service. I'm a long time Powerblock fan having bought the first generation adjustable dumb bells and stand 30+years ago and the 22-35 lb. adjustable KB 25+ years ago. Great job PowerBlock!!!”

“The new handles and pins work fine for the weight plates I previously had; but, the chrome adder weights no longer fit. My previous ones are slightly longer and so do not lock into the new handles. So long as I have one weight plate on, the adder weights stay in, they just clunk around as they move withint the handle.”

“The 125 pound commercial dumbbells with rack arrived in perfect condition. This is my second set of PowerBlock commercial dumbbells. Needed greater than 90 pounds for some lifts. Both pairs of PowerBlock dumbbells are great and I'm very pleased and satisfied.”

“Power block adjustable expansion dumbbells are the best knees for a home gym. Mine have been used every single day for 4 years and they are basically brand new looking. Plenty of weight variation. There are some grip variations that don't work well with these but it's not terrible”

“Didn’t realize I had to pay an additional $200 3 more times to get the rest of the expansion… and if I try get a refund they take 10% from the price you paid… Jesus Christ these people are GREEDY. The power blocks are quality but the shadiness/hidden costs completely offset everything. And idk why they say their customer service is top tier, every time I call it’s an instant voicemail and referral to their email… but alright haha I would never buy these again, and would never recommend it to ANY of my friends. Check Facebook Marketplace for cheaper, more reliable, adjustable dumbbells.”

“Easy to navigate the pages and different options, checkout was simple, and everything was delivered to the front door of my apartment unit in boxes that were light enough to carry by myself (I think 50 lb max each). Order tracking through FedEx and email updates made it easy to know exactly when my order would arrive.”

“Easy process when ordering online. Simple and clear website explaining differences in product and what applications said Powerblocks are used for. Once I made a decision, I was out in a few minutes. Powerblock took care of the shipping and they arrived exactly when stated.”

“I dont like the design at all. The plastic selecter is prone to breakage. It’s not use to use. And depending on your exercise the handgrip in a box feels like a wrist injury risk. They feel awkward to lift compared to other dumbbells Not a big fan.”
