Communication wasn’t great, and delivery took a long time. Had to chase for details on dispatch times. Product was fine though, and at a good price.

Very impressed with the prices/dispatch speed/product, but feel let down in the fact one item was missed and was not told about this until I got in touch with them to be told they knew about it as the lads had missed/forgotten about it and they were sending it by post so should receive it on next couple days that was Tuesday, know Sunday and still not received it ☹️ , if not for that they would have gotten 5 ⭐️‘S

Not unhappy with the items but when you pay for priority delivery and they do not send any quicker than when you order via normal delivery.

Good products, however no tracking on delivery till day before and ordered two items only one turned up. However did get sent out the day after.

I purchased a Dewalt tstak radio it was at a keen price I could of paid for express delivery but as standard was noted at 1-2 business days I chose that Having someone waiting in for the delivery it didn't turn up As no tracking information was sent to me or dispatch information I was in the dark about when the item was being delivered Contacting on the Web chat proved pointless On the 4th day I searched the Web for any delivery to my postcode to which I found it was ups It came on the 5th day It's now 2020 I think powertoolmate should get with the other tool suppliers and send more information about the purceses

Please refer to our delivery page: https://www.powertoolmate.co.uk/Delivery Your order came through on a Saturday, and you requested a change through UPS which delayed it by a day delivery, and was delivered on Friday - therefore, within our stated delivery times. The delivery was terrible but typical of UPS. The Dewalt impact driver I purchased is great and the price was hard to beat, I would purchase again but allow the extra time it took to deliver

Paid for faster delivery, but took 6 days to be delivered although supposedly in stock!! Spoke to Powertoolmate who refunded the additional postage. UPS delivery said it would be end of day delivery, but didn’t deliver the day the tracking said it was supposed too! If happy to wait for your purchase then they are very good. If needed quickly buy elsewhere.

The reason for my rate is because powertoolmate ask you for delivery instructions when your purchasing a item, which I gave them and they failed to follow through by not passing it on to there courier UPS which I have difficulty already with them accessing my location other than that which they need to work the products are excellent.

My address and delivery address mocked up Something to do my card so it came to my own address which I was not there I have dealt with you before so I cannot see why this was done

Please note, it is not our responsibility to change the address for you - this should of been checked by yourself before checking out to avoid any issues. Used this company several times. Price is normal brilliant but had issues with them being out of stock and it not being listed as this. Them taking the money and taking ages to refund it

However, we had a stock crossover on the particular item you ordered and were unable to locate them in our warehouse. We had no choice but to refund you in this instance.
