“Don't want to leave poor rating, but ordering 2 sets and receiving one wasn't my best first order from this company with a customer expecting his saws back that day. Well done getting the other set out next day. No groveling apology required but a wee 'sorry' would have been a very small offering for what was after all not my mistake and was a great inconvenience.”

“price was the best i could find, delivery was quick but i wasn't impressed with the packaging the battery arrived in (a plastic bag). i know these batteries take a lot of abuse during their life but i'd have expected at least a jiffy bag. although the battery was undamaged the product packaging was cracked and split upon arrival”

“Used powertoolmate as they were marginally cheaper and a local company to me (about 15 miles away), I ordered online to be delivered as I was busy with family. My order took a week to arrive, if I'd realised it would take so long I would have either collected it or ordered from elsewhere. I regularly buy tools, equipment and materials from mainland Europe which arrive in less time.”
