“This is the fourth item I’ve purchased 2 from eBay and two direct from their web site eBay been excellent quick delivery and any issues resolved quickly. Unfortunately the experience ordering directly not so good Items take a lot longer to arrive And the drill set I ordered on the 25 June still not arrived it 6 July, I did contact you to be told there are delays with Royal Mail . I’ve sent several items by RM in those two weeks large and small via RM all have arrived within 3 working days? So I’d recommend buying from these guys, but only through eBay. Hope this honest review helps”

“I ordered a battery back in March and was then told you didn’t have it in stock so you gave me a refund I then placed a order 3 months later then get a phone call saying my order is on hold as the battery was delivered and never paid for apparently it was delivered but I never received it and was only brought to my attention 3 months later and I was told I will not receive my latest order unless I pay for the battery which I never received and can only think that the courier delivered it to someone else in the industrial park where my workshop is and was never given it and have no idea who signed for it my point is you left it 3 months to tell me so I can not find out who had it and it has cost me £40 on top of the packout deal you had so I’ve not had a good deal at all”

“No issues with the product so far although the instruction book is not best quality. Only had it a couple of days so probably too soon to tell. No issues as such with the retailer but their delivery service UPS leave a bit to be desired. Item didnt arrive the day they said it would. You have to sign up to UPS My Choice to add special delivery instructions. Waste of time as the driver took no notice. Item was delivered to a neighbour but they left no card to say which neighbour... had notification from UPS saying it had been delivered but again didnt say which neighbour. Not helpful”
