“I’d rate as acceptable as I don’t have my product yet. First time ordering direct and it’s been sent by a other company. So I cannot be present for my delivery as funnily enough, I have a job and the delivery website is shocking.”

“My only concern was that the factory security seal was broken when I opened the package, although the contents did not appear to have been disturbed. Obviously, if something has been removed, I could not say what, since I have not ordered this product before, but I do not like to receive goods that have been tampered with. Delivery time good, communications about order good.”

Good morning, Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate and taking the time to leave a review. It appears that your order was dispatched the following day after you ordered the items and then delivered on the 19th. There was a depot sorting error with UPS which caused a couple days delays. However, our website does clearly state our standard delivery time is up to 5 working days, which this has still adhered too.
