“Delivery option with next day delivery was not work's, dispatch confirmation email on sat item delivery on Tuesday, Ups courier was drop package over close garden door which could damage product. This time I'm not happy from service”

Good afternoon, Thanks for your order with Powertoolmate, Unfortunately, as your order was placed on Friday evening, your item wouldn't of been picked up by the courier until the Monday as we only have pickups on working days. Therefore, your order would've been delivered on the Tuesday at the very latest. We do state on our delivery page on our website that all items purchased with priority delivery will be delivered within 1-2 working days that this adheres too. In regards to the complaint about the courier themselves, would you like me to raise a complaint on your behalf to the courier? Looking up your tracking of your order, it appears that your order was in fact delivered on the Thursday 09/08 and signed for by yourself at 10:45 in the morning. Good morning, Thanks for your order via Powertoolmate. I do apologise about the slight delays in receiving your item. We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient delivery, usually delivering before our stated delivery time. However, although slightly delayed, we do state on our website that our standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days and as ordered on a Sunday night, and as your item was delivered on Friday it still adheres to our delivery timeframe. “Waited in for delivery which never came. Rang the following day to discover hadn't actually been dispatched due to an error on their side. Woman was polite and honest on the phone which I appreciated- mistakes happen. Tools I needed for the Tuesday received on the Thursday. Happy with the products and price!”

“Ordered two items got one not the other one had to call Powertoolmate to query this they did not contact me. They informed me that it would be at least a month till the saw would be in stock... They have refunded me thanks for that communication was only let down”
