“Do not under any circumstances use Premier Property Lawyers for conveyancing. Our buyer started to buy our house with them on September 1st 2021. We finally, after endless delays and lack of communication on the part of PPL, signed the exchange documents with our solicitor 8 days ago. But PPL are apparently still not ready and not answering our solicitors queries as to why they are not ready. We are very likely to lose the house we have agreed to buy through the gross incompetence of the so called company!”
“Was prepared to give them a second chance after the cyber incident but have had weeks of no response to calls/emails but oddly get emails advising progress of sale that fell through due to the cyber issue.Incompetent beyond words and am increasingly suspicious about the requests for extra cyber scam payments just before their systems went down.Also conflicting information given about what happened,were Police involved???
My solicitor who oddly could not be contacted suddenly answered on main switchboard but claimed not to have had any messages passed on from me.Her manager has failed to respond to emails/ calls.I still want answers to my questions & will take this further.”

“Avoid at all costs. Online operation went down - OK things happen. But it took a ridiculous amount of time to come back up, there was no backup operation in place and hardly any communication. To add insult to injury, they advertise a fixed fee with no unexpected charges, and now they've completely ignored that and added an additional charge to my bill that I'll have to claw back. So dodgy.”
“Terrible , wasn't too bad apart from the system going down for a while but you can't ever get to speak anyone .
Then when we're almost done and waiting for the sellers solicitors they pick up something that was irrelevant and start a paper chase . Very frustrating , I really wish I'd went with another firm.
The cheek of this Mickey mouse firm who don't even have adequate IT security to question where my bond money comes from, I've got the bank keeping an eye on my account and already proved to the mortgage lenders where it came and how I was providing it. They work for me and get well paid for it.”
“This is an awful company avoid at all costs. I am selling a flat to a first time buyer with no chain either way. So far the process has taken 10 months with no end in sight.
They have never been on top of the case and seem an incoherent shambles. Delays have been caused by errors and oversights on their part e.g. basic errors in documents, failure to send out documents which needed our signatures, multiple requests for the same information, a systems outage for over a month which meant any action which was minimal anyway ground to a halt.
Im amazed they are still in business.”

I am selling my house, completion date agreed for 2nd Week in December 2021, I have not received any confirmation to say the sale is completed. I am writing this review on 3rd February 2022. If you call and leave a voicemail they wont call back, if you email, there won't be a response. Please avoid them, selling or buying a house itself is stressful, but these people will ensure it becomes an hellish experience!!”

NEVER use them to purchase or sell a flat or a leasehold house - they honestly do not understand the deeds. I had to send them a picture of a maisonette so that they could get a grasp of what one was!

“I’ve been dealing with premier property lawyers in the purchase of a property which has no chain my side of the seller side. I was recommended PPL by my broker. PPL can’t even be bothered to answer my emails asking for an explanation as to why it’s taken them so long to process my application. It’s been nearly 3/4 of a year and I am working with the most ignorant, lazy and incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with. As an example I recently asked my conveyancer to explain the additional charges quoted on a financial draft that has been added to the initial estimate. I have asked this question now on 3 separate occasions. My conveyancer Steve Milne continues to ignores my questions. Am I asking too much here?”
“Simple purchase from someone advised (because of kickback for referral) to go with PPL.if your with purple bricks you will find out they are the same group... took us 3 months to get list of fixtures and fittings, then 6 week shutdown because of a computer hack on their terrible system. Now a further month in delays on exchange…. It has been explained to me this way, a load of non legal un qualified people get files, they tick box’s on what’s needed or do something.. then put it back in the pile.. when it looks like everything is ok then it goes to a real lawyer to check and sign off.. Of course things are always missed and so delays are common. There is no one responsible, they do not reply to ANYONE, solicitors, estate agents or even the clients.. After several months we are about to walk away from deal... I feel sorry for seller.. all I can say is you get what you pay for.. DO NOT use this shower of s…, You have been warned.. use a real legal firm”

To put this in perspective, my daughter started the process of buying her house a month after these clowns started, she completed, and moved in before Christmas!
now 20 Jan still no contact even after numerous emails and calls.
still dont even know if the buyer is happy to buy and still moving in as it has been months.
PLEASE go on trust pilot and review as it is still a high score, which they really do not deserve.

“My wife and I are selling our property to a buyer. There’s no chain. They are first time buyers. Offer was accepted at end of August 2021, survey done and mortgage agreed and signed off by their lender 1st week of October. It’s the 17th of January 2022 and still no completion date. Only a week ago they were suggesting our buyers do another survey!!?? They haven’t got a clue what they are doing. And our solicitor can get no answer or reply from them. Incompetent to say the least.”
