“Having read some very bad reviews I was quite worried as to wether my order would arrive and all in one piece . I needn’t have been concerned , my goods arrived within the time period, despite the postal strike and all I ordered arrived together . Prezzybox were very friendly and swift to reply to my messages, email and phone call when voicing my concerns to them . My worry was all of my own making ! I would definitely use Prezzybox again and , based on my experience, recommend them to others”

“A good choice of gardening gifts and I was able to choose the perfect birdbox for two very keen gardeners. The delivery was so fast! The quality is excellent and - even better - it was made by a small business not far from the present's destination! That was a bonus, really. Very impressed all round.”

“Didn't come when promised Says it was delivered and left on front porch which as I don't have one means it was left outside in the rain. I'll find out when I get home tonight or tomorrow (if it's still there!)”

“My order was way late in being processed and delivered, also the main part of my order was not able to be delivered has was out of stock ( apparently). However they did pay back the money for this part. This did not compensate the fact that this part being missing ruined the full impact of the present.”

“Ordered on 15th December was not dispatched till 22nd December paid for express delivery did not arrive before Christmas received parcel on 28th December 13 days later will not order from here again, I will not recommend to anyone very disappointed.”

“Still haven’t received my order which was due to be delivered between 17th and 24th December - it’s now the 28th…….. Order wasn’t dispatched until a week after it was ordered - it had no chance of being here for Christmas. The dispatch notification telling me it was dispatched also stated it would be delivered 17th- 24th Dec even though it was being dispatched on 20th Dec………very disappointed with the service…… won’t be using again.”
