“Outstanding service as always! Easy to find items on the site using the different categorisation options, it's fund looking through the huge range of items. Plenty of information was provided to make informed choices and everything was communicated clearly and sent quickly.”

“If i could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling services, customer service is unresponsive. parcel never got delivered despite paying for faster delivery, this was due to 'technical issues' but i wasn't aware of this. took ages to get through to customer service for a refund. absolutely disgusting, worst company ever. I have never been so frustrated or disgusted by a company before. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.”

“The present was exactly what I needed, and the base price was cheaper than anywhere else I'd found (I paid extra for fast delivery), they had it dispatched exactly when they said they would and my secret santa was thrilled with it.”

“Terrible company. Product with personalised printing on it had half the face missing. Very slow to reply to emails and when they did they said they were sorry my item got lost in the post! It wasn’t lost, I received it but it was rubbish. Useless company. Read trustpilot reviews before using Prezzybox”
