“Still waiting on my order....Hahahaha. Ordered on the 13th and tomorrow will be the 28th. Can't blame you completely though as Royal Mail are a mess just now. If that's who you use?”

“If i could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling services, customer service is unresponsive. parcel never got delivered despite paying for faster delivery, this was due to 'technical issues' but i wasn't aware of this. took ages to get through to customer service for a refund. absolutely disgusting, worst company ever. I have never been so frustrated or disgusted by a company before. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.”

“The present was exactly what I needed, and the base price was cheaper than anywhere else I'd found (I paid extra for fast delivery), they had it dispatched exactly when they said they would and my secret santa was thrilled with it.”
