“The whole journey from ordering to receiving could not be faulted. Quality of product was excellent. Delivered in time for Christmas even at short notice. Will definitely be using Prezzy box again.”

“Due to the Royal Mail strike, I wasn’t sure I was going to receive my delivery before Christmas. I rang Prezzybox and they tracked my parcel and kept me informed of all updates along the way. Really impressed with the service and the goods that did get delivered before Christmas. Would definitely use again”

“Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Placed order and paid for next day delivery. After a week and no update contacted customer service in every way possible with no response. I’ll never use this company again.”

“Still waiting on my order....Hahahaha. Ordered on the 13th and tomorrow will be the 28th. Can't blame you completely though as Royal Mail are a mess just now. If that's who you use?”
