“Order of 3 items made 14-12-22. To date, 28-12-22, items still have not been received. They were meant as a Christmas present for my wife from our 3 grand children. Most disappointing!!!!”

“Due to the Royal Mail strike, I wasn’t sure I was going to receive my delivery before Christmas. I rang Prezzybox and they tracked my parcel and kept me informed of all updates along the way. Really impressed with the service and the goods that did get delivered before Christmas. Would definitely use again”

“Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Placed order and paid for next day delivery. After a week and no update contacted customer service in every way possible with no response. I’ll never use this company again.”
