“1. Order was slow to be picked, packed and despatched. 2. Very badly packed causing the outer box to split and partially collapse - Chocolate bombs were all smashed! 3. DPD were extremely slow in delivering.”

“I ordered early December with guaranteed delivery for Christmas and it’s still not here. I appreciate Royal Mail have been on strike but this was planned so as a company you should have used an alternative courier.”

“Your product Tobbie the robot put a smile on everyone's face. Once he was assembled we had hours of fun with our cats as we have no small children. My daughter loved the spider catcher and feels safe with it around as spiders make her nervous. You have a great selection on your site well done Prezzybox”

“I bought gifts for my sister which she loved, there were plenty of options to choose from so not an easy shop !!. The goods arrived in plenty of time despite the postal strikes so for that a huge thank you, you allowed me to enjoy Christmas with my sister. Prezzybox did a smashing job.....well done.”
