“The personalised bauble was gorgeous even better than expected from the pictures, very pretty bauble and engraving was such a nice extra touch. Quick delivery only 2 days later than the estimate despite all the postal strikes and well packaged to protect the glass. Highly recommend!”

“Items are quite good but was disgusted at shipping, my items had an ETA of 20/12/22, the courier only received the item at that date a full week possibly more after I placed my order. Yes I understand it is a busy time of year but no effort was made to ensure the stated ETA.”

They were doing everything they could to get your order to you as fast as possible

“Excellent variety of gifts! They all seem good quality. The items did take a while to be dispatched on this occasion. I'm not sure if that is the case usually. I would buy from this company again - hoping that the delay this time was a one-off.”

“Very poor, I ordered several products, one was broken on arrival. I emailed you asking for a replacement and your returns procedure. You replied by sending me a copy of my original order. I sent you another email advising of your mistake and still not had any reply, except twice ow you’re asking me to rate your service . I can only rate it as. Very poor.”
