“Everything arrived on time, despite the strike, amazing range of products, took care of some xmas gifts that were really stuff I'd never seen before anywhere else. Just fab!”

“I telephoned Prezzybox 4 times over almost 2 weeks to get an update on my order (which was supposed to arrive between 12th-15th December), only to be told on the 4th occasion on the 22nd December that the order was never processed! Now the Christmas present will not arrive in time! There is no excuse for this and Prezzybox had known for days that the order was never processed, and only informed me today(22nd December) This matter could have been easily resolved, but for utter incompetence! Absolutely disgusting!”

“I must speak as I find. The items were delivered, only couple days late but there is a postal strike. One chocolate bomb was broken but apart from that, this company were good. previous reviews made me nervous, but in my experience they were perfectly reliable”

“Prezzybox had a lovely item that could be personalised and was ideal for our office staf. The process was really aimple and the order was shipped as per the delivery times advised (taking into account the post office strikes), and the items arrived packaged really well and were of a great quality. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“Shockingly bad! I tried to contact them 4 times to cancel an order, because it wouldn’t arrive in time. They never actually contacted me until 1 of my 2 items had been delivered. Still waiting on part 2 after 3 weeks! Pathetic service & I will NEVER use again.”
