Over 2 weeks and still not received my order. Tried emailing, commenting on fb and calling nothing works. Would not recommend.

I like the variety of items but when I purchased my items it was delayed almost 2 weeks and I didn't receive any update about the problem of delay for 1 and a half week later. Still when the delivery arrived I was happy with what I got. The 2 star is only cos of delivery delay.

My order never arrived and I am yet to receive a refund despite numerous emails and unanswered phone calls! Yodel had no record of order either! Totally unacceptable!

Hi, the product was good and ordering easy but I paid extra for next day delivery, which took 3 days, and the parcel was addressed to me, not to my gift recipients, which caused confusion. I did put their details for delivery so I was disappointed this happened.

Delivery late, emailed for an update no response, asked for a refund on delivery charges no response. Shocking customer services. I’m still waiting for delivery but will fill out the below best I can.
